Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling, fit guidance, and product recommendations to customers.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and clienteling.
• Maintain merchandising standards, stock replenishment, and visual presentation on the sales floor.
• Operate POS, handle transactions, and assist with returns and exchanges.
• Develop and maintain a client book, follow up on leads, and support store events.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or sales experience, preferably in women's apparel or luxury fashion.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with a styling mindset.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the store schedule.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed.
