Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to understand their style needs and preferences
• Provide personalized styling and product recommendations for womens ready to wear
• Drive sales through upselling and building client relationships
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure merchandise is well presented
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash or card payments
• Support inventory management including restocking and receiving shipments
• Participate in store meetings and contribute to achieving sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail or sales experience, preferably in womens apparel
