Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized styling to clients
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure merchandise is floor ready
• Assist with fitting room service and client alterations coordination
• Process transactions and manage point of sale accurately
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on leads
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail or sales experience in fashion or related field
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of womens ready to wear brands and styling
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
