Sales Associate - Woodbury Outlet

As a Sales Associate at Versace Woodbury Outlet, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales in a luxury retail environment. You will work closely with the General Manager to meet and exceed sales targets while fostering strong client relationships.

• Act as a Brand Ambassador by providing an exceptional client experience and promoting the Retail Excellence Program.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and client data capture targets.
• Create and maintain genuine client relationships to achieve core KPIs such as sales, UPT, and ATV.
• Maintain client relationships through after-sales service, including thank you notes and follow-up calls.
• Support the team in generating new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
• Open and close consignments, process returns and exchanges.
• Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management.
• Develop business-driving initiatives, contests, and events.
• Handle customer repairs and advise clients on the best fit of pieces.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a retail environment, luxury experience preferred.
• Full understanding of specialty retail and effective clienteling.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, multitasking with ease while balancing daily responsibilities.
• A positive, outgoing, high-energy personality that is entrepreneurial and sales-focused.
