Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide an inviting guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed
• Offer styling expertise and seasonal product knowledge to drive sales
• Execute the client journey to encourage repeat business
• Capture and maintain client data and cultivate client relationships
• Initiate regular client contact and provide follow up on sales and inquiries
• Collaborate openly with colleagues and management
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom and adhere to company policies

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
• Demonstrated ability to generate sales and develop client relations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product knowledge
• Basic computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
