Job Description

Summary

The Sales Associate will report to the Store Director and act as a brand expert delivering top quality service to customers while promoting Balenciaga philosophy and values. The role focuses on driving individual sales and supporting store goals through exceptional client engagement and product knowledge. This position is located at the Wynn Las Vegas store and requires collaboration with the store team to execute daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and thorough product knowledge
  • Maintain an active and organized client book with accurate client data
  • Contact clients regularly and follow up on sales and client requests
  • Incorporate trends and fashion history into client conversations and selling ceremony
  • Participate in a collaborative team environment and propose solutions
  • Execute daily operational tasks per company directives

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a similar retail or fashion sales role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales goals
  • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
  • Strategic vision and high level of personal performance
