Summary

The Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) supports store management by helping ensure opening and closing procedures are completed correctly and delivering high-quality customer service. The role contributes to sales results and supports store operations, merchandising, inventory control, and team communication.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and provide service that meets customer needs and expectations.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist management with daily store operations.
• Maintain organized stockroom operations and support inventory, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Assist with visual merchandising and communicate visual standards to the team.
• Oversee store cleanliness, upkeep, fixtures, and supply levels.
• Handle customer feedback appropriately and support company policies and sustainability practices.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
