Summary

The Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) provides top-quality customer service as a brand expert, meeting individual client needs and expectations. This in-store role supports daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stockroom organization, visual standards, and loss prevention. The advisor will assist management in driving sales and maintaining store presentation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales goals
• Perform and oversee opening and closing procedures and support day-to-day store operations
• Maintain organized stockroom and support inventory and loss prevention practices
• Implement visual merchandising and ensure store presentation standards
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely, appropriate resolution
• Support enforcement of store operations manual and sustainability policies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
• Proven ability to drive sales and exceed individual/store targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Commercial awareness, strong business acumen, and strategic vision to develop the business
