Summary

The Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) supports store management by assisting with opening and closing procedures, driving sales, and delivering top-quality customer service at the Dallas NorthPark boutique. The role balances sales, operations, merchandising and personnel management while enforcing company policies and standards. The Keyholder also helps maintain visual standards, store maintenance, inventory controls and loss prevention practices.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales goals
• Perform opening and closing procedures and support store leadership
• Maintain organized stockroom and support inventory accuracy to reduce shrinkage
• Assist management in overseeing day-to-day store operations and staff communication
• Support implementation of visual displays and communicate visual standards to the team
• Manage cash registers, safe accuracy and timely bank deposits
• Oversee daily cleaning, upkeep of fixtures and ensure adequate supplies
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely, appropriate resolution

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
• Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed individual/store goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Commercial awareness, business acumen and passion for the fashion industry
• Strategic vision and high level of personal performance to develop the business
