Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and support daily store operations, including opening and closing.
• Organize stockroom operations and partner with the team on inventory and loss prevention.
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintain store cleanliness, fixtures, supplies, and overall presentation.
• Handle customer feedback appropriately and communicate effectively with colleagues and departments.
• Support and enforce store operations and sustainability policies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
