Key Holder

Summary

The Key Holder is responsible for achieving individual sales objectives and developing customer relationships at the boutique. This role also supports boutique operations, including opening and closing, loss prevention, and client service.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives, develop a client network, and maintain client information.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Maintain the boutique's aesthetic quality and follow loss prevention procedures.
• Open and close the boutique, handle transfers, and communicate with the corporate office when management is absent.
• Develop working knowledge of simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience; jewelry or luxury product sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, computer, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to stand for most of the workday and reach, bend, climb a ladder occasionally, and lift or unpack large boxes.
