Summary

The Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) supports the Store Director in delivering exceptional client service while driving sales and ensuring smooth store operations. As a keyholder you will perform opening and closing duties, assist with merchandising and visual standards, and help oversee day-to-day operational and loss prevention activities. The role balances commercial performance with operational, inventory and team responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and deliver top-quality client service
• Perform opening and closing procedures and serve as a keyholder
• Maintain an organized stockroom and support inventory control and loss prevention
• Assist management with daily store operations, cash handling and timely bank deposits
• Implement visual merchandising and communicate visual standards to the team
• Oversee store maintenance, fixtures and adequate supply levels
• Enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies and handle customer complaints

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
• Strong verbal and written communication and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet or exceed individual and store goals
• Commercial awareness, business acumen and strategic vision to develop the business
• High level of personal performance and teamwork skills
