Summary

The Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) supports store sales and daily operations while delivering a strong client experience. This role helps maintain operational, visual, and stockroom standards and assists management in overseeing store activities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales goals and handle customer feedback and complaints promptly.
• Open and close the store, assist with day-to-day operations, and support clear communication across teams.
• Maintain organized stockroom operations, reduce shrinkage, and ensure cash registers, the safe, and bank deposits are handled accurately.
• Support visual merchandising standards and communicate visual guidance to the team.
• Oversee store cleanliness, maintenance, fixtures, supplies, and the upkeep of store property.
• Follow and help enforce store procedures and sustainability policies.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Commercial awareness, business acumen, and a genuine passion for fashion.
