Summary

The Sales and Client Advisor With Keys reports to the Store Director and supports opening and closing procedures while delivering exceptional customer service. They assist management with daily store operations, merchandising, loss prevention and team communication to help achieve sales targets. This client-facing role requires operational accountability and strong commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales goals
• Perform opening and closing procedures and support store security
• Maintain organized stockroom and ensure merchandise accessibility
• Assist management in overseeing day-to-day store operations
• Balance sales, operations, merchandising and personnel management
• Address customer complaints and feedback in a timely manner
• Enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies
• Partner with operations team to prevent shrinkage and manage cash registers and safe procedures
• Support implementation of visual displays and merchandising standards
• Oversee store maintenance and supply levels

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
• Proven ability to drive sales and exceed individual and store targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong commercial awareness and passion for the fashion industry
• Strategic vision and high level of personal performance
