Job Description

Summary

As a Sales & Client Advisor with Keys at Somerset Mall, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Director by ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals and assist in opening and closing the store.
  • Organize the stockroom for easy access to merchandise.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations and maintain effective communication with all departments.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
  • Implement and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
  • Manage stock, inventory, and loss prevention in partnership with the team.
  • Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning properly and manage cash accuracy.
  • Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
  • Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning and upkeep of fixtures and supplies.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to drive results and exceed individual and store goals.
  • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen with a passion for fashion.
  • Strategic vision to develop the business and achieve high personal performance.
