Responsibilities

• Create an appointment-based client experience.
• Build and cultivate customer relationships through seamless in-store and online service.
• Drive sales with clients by using technology effectively.
• Participate in merchandising and operational requirements, including fulfillment, merchandise-to-sell standards, and floor and fitting room upkeep.
• Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and share information about loyalty programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful, adaptable, self-directed, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and other technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
