Responsibilities

• Provide one on one styling and product recommendations to clients
• Achieve individual sales and commission goals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and clienteling
• Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards
• Process transactions and handle point of sale duties accurately
• Participate in stock replenishment and inventory routines
• Support store events and promotional activities

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of retail or styling experience
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends
• Strong attention to detail and presentation standards
