Summary

Provide personalized styling and product recommendations to customers on the sales floor, focused on achieving commission-based sales targets in the Soho store. Deliver exceptional customer service, build lasting client relationships, and maintain high visual merchandising standards. Work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends to support store traffic and appointments.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, conduct style consultations, and recommend products based on client needs and preferences.
• Drive sales and meet individual commission targets through proactive selling and clienteling.
• Build and maintain a client book, schedule follow-ups and personal shopping appointments.
• Maintain merchandising, fitting room presentation, and accurate inventory handling on the floor.
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges in accordance with store policies.

Requirements

• Proven retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury, with a demonstrated ability to meet sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal, styling, and client service skills with a professional appearance.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to stand and assist customers for extended periods.
