Sales Coordinator - Rodeo

Summary

Sales Coordinator supporting back-of-house operations and the sales team by handling shipping, receiving, inventory tasks and assisting with sales transactions and client interactions. Role ensures stockroom and salesfloor are maintained to company standards and supports visual merchandising and product transfers.

Responsibilities

• Support shipping, receiving, cycle counts and transfers
• Process sales transactions and maintain cashwraps and registers
• Greet clients and pull product for the sales team
• Prepare shipments and assist with product transfers
• Maintain stockroom organization and proper product storage
• Assist with visual merchandising moves and salesfloor displays
• Handle returns and exchanges as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience
• Luxury or contemporary retail experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Highly organized with keen eye for detail
• High level of integrity
