Summary
The Account Coordinator is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives across an assigned territory by hands-on selling, training and motivating Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists, executing events, and maintaining brand merchandising and client experience standards. The role partners with the Account Executive and store management to drive top door performance and implement corporate-directed initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through in-store selling, events, and training.
- Coach and develop Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists to meet personal and team goals.
- Monitor business performance and analyze results for designated counters to identify growth opportunities.
- Execute corporate-directed events and increase event penetration in top doors.
- Plan and execute seasonal in-store training on product knowledge and new launches.
- Onboard new hires and provide hands-on coaching at the counter.
- Report daily business results and opportunities to the Account Executive.
- Ensure visuals and merchandising meet headquarters standards and maintain counter presentation.
- Collaborate on scheduling, stock concerns, and budget adherence with the Account Executive.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of luxury or prestige beauty sales experience.
- Prior experience in business management, sales, or training preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills and achievement orientation.
- Solid business acumen and proficiency with Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to drive throughout the territory and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Flexible work hours to meet job objectives.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and judgment.
