Summary
Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives in an assigned territory by hands-on selling, coaching Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists, executing events, and ensuring adherence to brand merchandising and service standards. The role supports top doors through training, business analysis, and partnership with store management and the Account Executive.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through in-store selling, events, and training.
- Coach and develop Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialists to meet personal and team goals.
- Monitor and analyze business performance for designated counters and report results.
- Plan and execute corporate-directed events and increase event penetration in top doors.
- Schedule and deliver seasonal product and sales training and onboarding for new hires.
- Execute comprehensive event logistics including talent booking and on-site execution with retailer partners.
- Maintain visual merchandising and counter presentation to HQ standards.
- Partner with Account Executive and store management to address stock and business issues.
- Report daily business results and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of luxury or prestige beauty sales experience.
- Prior experience in business management, sales, or training preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to coach teams.
- Solid business acumen and financial aptitude with Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to drive throughout the territory and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Flexible hours to meet job objectives.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and judgment.
