Sales Coordinator

Summary

The Sales Coordinator supports store turnover through merchandise flow management and logistics, reporting to the Assistant Store Director. The role ensures stock accuracy, organizes stock areas and follows internal procedures to maintain brand standards. The position interacts with store operations to support inventory processes and shipping of returned merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Follow up and control monthly turning inventories and action plans
• Support the annual inventory and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain consistent stock levels to meet sales targets
• Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold qualitative brand standards
• Organize and tidy stock areas and support transfer processes
• Prepare and ship returned merchandise to outlets and warehouse
• Handle packaging and small stationery orders

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a stock department
• Luxury retail experience required
• 1-3 years of retail experience overall
• Retail stockroom experience is a plus
• Ability to follow internal logistics procedures and inventory controls
