Seasonal Operations

Summary

Seasonal Operations provides support for store operations functions including shipping and receiving, stock room, cash office and administrative duties to ensure efficient store operations during a maximum three month assignment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office and facilities supplies and grooming products for associates
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise according to company standards
• Coordinate accessories repair, engraving and embossing services with external vendors
• Support inventory preparation and execution and execute transfer and shipping documents
• Execute cash office processes and maintain POS audit compliance
• Partner on shrink reduction plans and report violations appropriately
• Assist with accounts payable invoice approval and related administrative tasks
• Assess store processes and recommend improvements

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years retail operations or related experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
• Strong time management communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand walk lift approximately 20 lbs and handle stock packing and moving
• Collaborative team player with passion for the brand
