Sales Executive - Bal Harbour

Summary

Represent the Pomellato brand and provide luxury customer service in the Bal Harbour boutique. Drive sales while building lasting client relationships and maintaining high standards of product knowledge and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Build client relationships, maintain product knowledge, and complete sales transactions accurately.
• Support merchandising, display maintenance, housekeeping, replenishment, receiving, and inventory counts.
• Coordinate merchandise repairs and communicate customer requests to management.
• Follow company procedures, including cash handling, loss prevention, pricing, and store presentation.

Requirements

• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting customer and team relationships.
• Self-sufficient, proactive, adaptable, and organized, with strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Computer literacy and availability to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior luxury retail experience preferred; foreign language skills are a plus.
