Responsibilities- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Work with Boutique Director and Assistant Boutique Manager on special client requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment in the Boutique.
- Support after-sales clients with solutions in accordance with Maison values.
- Handle ecommerce clients and phone inquiries, scheduling appointments and arranging correspondence.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of industry news and competitive brands.
- Manage client relationships, cultivating new and nurturing existing ones.
- Partner with management and Corporate Team on CRM initiatives.
- Capture client data accurately and follow-up effectively.
- Resolve client issues and support in-store and off-site events.
- Comply with all Policies and Procedures set by the Maison.
- Assist with daily set-up and breakdown of the Boutique.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
- Maintain visual integrity adhering to brand standards.
Requirements- High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
- Luxury Retail or Hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent understanding of the luxury client experience and customer service.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP is a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with logistics and operations.
- Self-starter with a Team-Player approach.
- Flexibility to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to spend long periods of time standing.
