Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive at Buccellati in Aspen, you will serve as an Ambassador of the Maison, achieving sales targets and developing a strong client database. You will provide exceptional experiences to clients, using storytelling and product knowledge to create memorable moments. You will also be knowledgeable about daily Boutique Operations and work with the Boutique Team to optimize performance.

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets as directed by Management.
• Work with Boutique Director and Assistant Boutique Manager on special client requests.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment in the Boutique.
• Support after-sales clients with solutions in accordance with Maison values.
• Assist ecommerce clients and phone inquiries, scheduling appointments and arranging correspondence.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of industry news and competitive brands.
• Expert in clientelling to cultivate and nurture client relationships.
• Partner with management and Corporate Team on CRM initiatives.
• Accurately capture and follow-up on client data using CRM tools.
• Resolve client issues and support in-store and off-site events.
• Understand and comply with all Policies and Procedures set by the Maison.
• Assist with daily set-up and breakdown of the Boutique.
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts for successful audits.
• Maintain visual integrity adhering to brand standards.

• High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
• Luxury Retail or Hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent understanding of luxury client experience and customer service.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SAP is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with logistics and operations.
• Self-starter with a Team-Player approach.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
