Sales Floor Support - St John's Town Center

Summary

Provide excellent customer service at the point of sale and on the sales floor, assisting customers with purchases, returns, and inquiries. Maintain a well-presented shoes department by restocking, tidying merchandise, and supporting order fulfillment and pickup. Support team goals by promoting store services and staying current on product and fashion trends. Be flexible to work varied shifts based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns, and other transactions.
• Keep the cash wrap and sales floor organized, lightly cleaned, and restocked to maintain a runway-ready department.
• Support order fulfillment and order pick-up as needed.
• Build customer relationships by sharing information about promotions, gift cards, and rewards programs.

Requirements

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, organization, and follow-through.
• Problem-solving ability and proficiency with computers and retail applications.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs and physical ability to move continuously, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds.
