Job Description

A luxury boutique in Amagansett is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate. This role offers flexibility, with opportunities for both full-time or part-time (3-4 days/week) positions. We are looking for someone who thrives in a high-end retail environment and is skilled at building strong relationships with discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering a personalized shopping experience, understanding clients’ needs, and offering expert styling and lifestyle advice.
  • Drive sales by engaging with clients, understanding their preferences, and recommending products from our full lifestyle assortment, including clothing, accessories, and home decor.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide insights into the quality, design, and craftsmanship of our luxury offerings.
  • Assist with merchandising and ensure the store is visually appealing and fully stocked.
  • Support store operations, including processing transactions, handling consignments, and utilizing Shopify for inventory management and client communication.
Experience & Attributes:
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, with a focus on ready-to-wear, accessories, and lifestyle products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with high-end clientele.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen sense of personal style.
  • Self-motivated, with a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in Shopify or other retail management systems is a plus.
