Responsibilities- Achieve sales plans by executing a solution sales strategy in collaboration with leadership.
- Proactively reach out to current and target Hospitality and Commercial customers.
- Provide price bids and project quotations, and close sales.
- Coordinate customer and project requirements with operational capabilities.
- Partner with project, sourcing, and logistics leaders to ensure proper project execution.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and log key communications in the CRM system.
- Build relationships with key influencers and decision makers across the customer base.
- Collaborate with North American and International Business Development and Project Leaders.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Previous sales experience in residential builder, commercial, or hospitality industries preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Understanding of the customer ecosystem and contract project lifecycle.
- Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient in CRM/SalesForce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
