Summary
Sales Supervisor supporting store operations at the Livermore Outlet, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching and developing the team, and ensuring store standards and company policies are followed.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming
- Build sales through styling expertise product knowledge and trend awareness
- Manage client journey touchpoints and drive repeat business
- Initiate client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store according to procedure and maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role with customer service focus
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational follow up and time management skills
- Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
