Sales Leader

As a Sales Leader at RH Contract in Newport Beach, you will be responsible for driving sales activities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in line with the goals of our Contract business. You will work in a dynamic environment that values high energy, creativity, and teamwork.

• Achieve sales plans by executing a solution sales strategy in collaboration with leadership.
• Conduct proactive outreach to current and target Hospitality and Commercial customers.
• Provide price bids and project quotations, and close sales by coordinating customer and project requirements.
• Partner with project, sourcing, and logistics leaders to ensure proper project execution.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and log key communications in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with North American and International Business Development and Project Leaders.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• Previous sales experience in residential builder, commercial, or hospitality industries preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Understanding of the customer ecosystem and contract project lifecycle.
• Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in CRM/SalesForce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
