- Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and customer service standards.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of team members.
- Ensure the store operates efficiently by overseeing daily operations, including stock management and loss prevention.
- Uphold brand visual and merchandising standards to enhance the store’s appeal.
- Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and luxury retail best practices.
Requirements- 2+ years of experience in retail management or related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Experience in retail, luxury retail or service-oriented organization preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
