Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at our Boca Raton Boutique, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and providing exceptional service in a luxury retail environment. You will leverage your established client portfolio and clienteling skills to exceed sales targets and enhance the customer experience.

• Provide impeccable service to clients, acting as a true ambassador of the brand.
• Tailor client experiences to exceed expectations and support the team on the sales floor.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and serve as a role model by prioritizing client interests.
• Proactively use clienteling tools to achieve individual and store goals.
• Monitor and update CRM to build and retain client relationships.
• Source new clients and maintain long-term relationships with loyal clients.
• Mentor Client Advisors and oversee sales policies and initiatives.
• Assist in merchandising and shop floor maintenance.

• 3+ years of luxury retail experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• RTW experience preferred.
