Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at our Nashville Boutique, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and acting as a true ambassador of the brand. You will be responsible for tailoring the client experience to exceed expectations and supporting the team in ensuring a smooth sales process on the shop floor.

• Provide impeccable service to clients and act as a brand ambassador.
• Tailor client experiences to exceed expectations and support the team.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and serve as a role model.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and enhance business development.
• Utilize CRM tools to build and retain client relationships.
• Source new clients and maintain long-term relationships with loyal clients.
• Mentor Client Advisors and oversee sales policies and objectives.
• Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.

• 3+ years of Luxury Retail Experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• RTW experience preferred.
