Sales Manager - Green Hills

As a Sales Manager at Dolce & Gabbana's Nashville Green Hills boutique, you will lead the boutique's performance through effective leadership, client development, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for upholding the brand's standards and values while driving strategic goals and delivering exceptional client experiences.

• Provide impeccable service and act as a true ambassador of Dolce & Gabbana.
• Partner with Store Leadership on corporate initiatives, team development, and daily operations.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Drive individual and store KPIs and develop strategic action plans to drive sales.
• Mentor and coach team members and maintain a positive work environment.
• Support inventory accuracy and leverage CRM for client relationships.
• Demonstrate leadership in visual merchandising and operational excellence.
• Manage and resolve escalated client issues in partnership with Store Leadership.

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Women's and Men's RTW.
• Results-driven with leadership capabilities.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
