Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Manager Jewelry at Neiman Marcus in Scottsdale, you will lead a dynamic team to drive sales and create exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for managing the sales department, building partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Drive maximum sales and growth in line with company vision and values.
  • Oversee merchandise presentation, returns, and vendor communications.
  • Manage team execution and maintain operational excellence.
  • Develop strategic objectives and set departmental priorities.
  • Plan and execute departmental budgets to maximize revenue.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales team members.
  • Manage Associate performance and career development.
  • Ensure consistent customer service aligned with Neiman Marcus standards.
  • Build positive relationships with vendors, customers, and partners.
  • Lead execution of in-store selling events.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience, luxury retail fashion experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving business results.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
