As a Sales Manager at our King Of Prussia Boutique, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for mentoring the team and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales floor, while upholding the brand's standards and values.

• Provide impeccable service to clients and act as a brand ambassador.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and support the team.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and prioritize client interests.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling.
• Monitor and update CRM to build and retain client relationships.
• Source new clients and maintain relationships with loyal clients.
• Mentor Client Advisors and oversee sales policies and objectives.
• Assist in merchandising and shop floor maintenance.

• 3+ years of luxury retail experience.
• Proven clienteling skills and established client book preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• RTW experience preferred.
