Sales Manager - Men's

Summary

The Sales Manager leads the selling experience and drives sales growth through strong client relationships and high-performing teams. This in-store leadership role develops associates, strengthens clienteling, and supports the achievement of departmental and store goals.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop selling team members, setting goals and managing performance.
• Model exceptional customer service and client relationship building, and oversee client development initiatives, appointments, and events.
• Use clienteling tools and business data to identify opportunities, attract new clients, strengthen relationships, and increase sales.
• Manage department execution, scheduling, operational standards, compliance, and customer service escalations.

Requirements

• Relevant experience leading a team, including supervisory experience managing direct reports.
• Proven success managing a selling and operations workforce and achieving business results.
• Proficiency with technology, clienteling tools, social media, and Google Workspace; advanced proficiency preferred.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, team coaching, and decision-making skills.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays; luxury fashion retail experience and a four-year degree preferred.
