Sales Manager

Summary

The Sales Manager leads the sales experience for one or more store departments and drives team performance toward sales goals. This on-site role partners across departments to deliver a customer-oriented luxury retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive department sales and growth in alignment with company goals.
• Oversee merchandise presentation and communications with merchant and vendor partners.
• Lead team execution, set departmental priorities, and contribute to store strategy.
• Review business results with buyers and develop action plans.
• Partner with client development leads and adapt to customer behavior and trends.
• Manage departmental budgets, operating expenses, sales promotions, and applicable audit controls.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience, including luxury fashion retail experience.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results and build, lead, motivate, and coach teams.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
