Sales Manager

Summary

Experienced luxury retail leader responsible for elevating client experiences, driving sales and developing client development strategies using CRM initiatives. Reports to the Boutique Director and assists in overall boutique management, team leadership and achieving sales and service objectives. Role requires travel, strong networking and supervisory experience in a high jewelry environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining sales floor presence
• Develop and implement client development and prospecting strategies to boost loyalty and sales volume
• Coach and provide feedback to guide team performance and close sales successfully
• Lead by example to motivate the team and support short and mid-term client attraction strategies
• Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service and elevate the boutique experience
• Assist Boutique Director in upholding company standards, policies and operational excellence
• Contribute to long-term sales strategy and CRM initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5 years minimum experience in luxury retail (posting lists 5-7 years)
• Prior supervisory or managerial experience leading teams
• Strong selling and closing skills with proficiency in Excel and Word
• Comfortable with travel and experienced in networking and high-profile events
• Fluency in a relevant foreign language preferred
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
