Summary
Lead and manage a high performing showroom sales team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales and profitability targets. Act as the link between sales, operations, and clients while maintaining showroom standards, improving processes, and supporting recruitment and training.
Responsibilities
- Drive achievement of sales targets and showroom KPIs
- Manage discounts costs and ensure budgetary controls
- Coach mentor and develop floor colleagues through performance management
- Participate in complex sales negotiations and client problem solving
- Oversee visual merchandising and showroom presentation to standards
- Manage till procedures transactional accuracy and opening closing duties
- Support recruitment retention and delivery of training including E learning
- Represent the showroom at internal and external meetings and conduct competitor analysis
- Provide floor coverage assist clients and handle repairs sizing of timepieces as required
Requirements
- Retail management experience ideally within a luxury environment
- Jewelry or timepiece product knowledge
- Proven track record of sales and management achievements
- Advanced selling and negotiation skills
- Experience leading mentoring and coaching high performing teams
- Numerate with ability to analyze sales performance and manage costs
- IT literacy including POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Comfort working in a fast paced high volume location
