Summary

Manage day to day operations of a cosmetics counter within a department store at Willowbrook Mall, leading the team to deliver high quality customer service and achieve sales targets. Oversee merchandising, inventory, and client experience while representing the brand standards. Serve as the primary contact for store leadership and brand representatives to ensure smooth counter performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach counter staff to meet sales and service objectives
• Drive clienteling efforts and build repeat business
• Manage visual merchandising and product presentation
• Oversee inventory control and stock replenishment

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of retail management or supervisory experience
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals in beauty or cosmetics retail
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays
