Summary

Manage daily operations of a cosmetics counter within a high end retail environment at the Willowbrook location. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily counter operations and execute merchandising and presentation standards.
• Drive sales performance and meet or exceed revenue targets for the counter.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise counter team members.
• Provide personalized client consultations and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and product replenishment.
• Implement promotion and event initiatives at the counter.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and store policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a retail cosmetics supervisory or manager role.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and coaching teams.
