Summary

Hiring event for sales roles across departments including Shoes, Kidswear, Womens Apparel, Mens Apparel, Lingerie, and Accessories at the Woodfield Shopping Center store. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
• Sell products from assigned department such as shoes apparel or accessories
• Provide product knowledge and styling recommendations
• Process transactions and handle point of sale duties
• Maintain visual merchandising and store appearance
• Support team goals and sales targets
• Participate in hiring event interviews and onboarding activities

Requirements

• Customer service or retail sales experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand and move on the sales floor for extended periods
• Must be able to pass background check consistent with legal requirements
