Summary
The Sales Operations Intern will support the sales operations team on long-term projects and daily tasks, collaborating with cross-functional partners to meet team needs over a six-month paid internship. The role emphasizes organization, reporting, sample management, and event support while providing opportunities to learn about luxury eyewear sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain showroom standards for proper presentation by brand.
- Organize and audit the sample closet and conduct sample inventories.
- Fulfill and ship sample requests for sales, marketing, and PR teams.
- Provide reporting of top sellers by brand.
- Assist in maintaining survey reporting and dealer agreements.
- Prepare for and support local and domestic sales events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet team needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in fashion merchandising, business, marketing, or related field.
- Available to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship.
- Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Knowledge of luxury, fashion, retail specialty, or wholesale environments preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently and as a team member.
- Highly detail oriented with ability to multi task and prioritize.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States before first day of employment.
