Job Description

Summary

The Sales Operations Intern will support the sales operations team on long-term projects and daily tasks, collaborating with cross-functional partners to meet team needs over a six-month paid internship. The role emphasizes organization, reporting, sample management, and event support while providing opportunities to learn about luxury eyewear sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain showroom standards for proper presentation by brand.
  • Organize and audit the sample closet and conduct sample inventories.
  • Fulfill and ship sample requests for sales, marketing, and PR teams.
  • Provide reporting of top sellers by brand.
  • Assist in maintaining survey reporting and dealer agreements.
  • Prepare for and support local and domestic sales events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet team needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in fashion merchandising, business, marketing, or related field.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship.
  • Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Knowledge of luxury, fashion, retail specialty, or wholesale environments preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently and as a team member.
  • Highly detail oriented with ability to multi task and prioritize.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States before first day of employment.
