SummaryAs a Sales Operations Procurement and Customer Service Manager based in our Irvine, California warehouse, you will play a critical role in driving strategic partnerships with key retail accounts while leading the customer service team to deliver a best-in-class client experience. You will serve as the liaison between our top wholesale partners and internal departments to ensure seamless communication, service execution, and long-term business growth.
Responsibilities- Partner with Barton Perreira retail and wholesale teams on strategic planning and promotional initiatives.
- Collaborate with Design team, manufacturers, and distributors to align on GTM needs.
- Analyze sales data, trend reports, and sales forecasts to anticipate product needs and manage procurement and purchase orders.
- Maintain customer and product database maintenance.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of deliverables by coordinating with internal teams.
- Lead the customer service, quality control, and logistic teams in delivering high-touch support to wholesale and retail clients.
- Oversee order processing, returns, and inquiries with a focus on timely, professional resolution.
- Optimize customer service, quality control, and logistic processes for efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
- Handle escalated issues with proactive problem-solving and thorough follow-up.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and finance to ensure seamless cross-functional alignment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations and/or customer service, ideally within luxury fashion, eyewear, or accessories.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Excellent business acumen and interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; both verbal and written.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Effective leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive change, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations.
