Summary

The Sales Professional delivers exceptional client experiences and represents the Ralph Lauren brand. This role builds lasting customer relationships, achieves sales goals, and shares product and brand knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product knowledge, styling, and attentive service.
• Build customer relationships through correspondence, networking, and virtual selling.
• Drive sales across Ralph Lauren product categories and support product launches and customer experience initiatives.
• Assist with inventory, special events, opening and closing duties, and other store projects.
• Maintain brand presentation standards and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong computer skills preferred, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Outlook.
• Ability to stand, walk, maneuver throughout the store, lift up to 30 pounds, and climb a ladder as trained.
