The Sales Professional creates exceptional client experiences and represents the brand while exceeding sales goals. This role builds lasting customer relationships and shares product knowledge across the brand's lifestyle offerings.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, provide product and styling guidance, and deliver memorable in-store experiences.
• Build client relationships through correspondence, networking, and virtual selling.
• Drive sales across product categories and support product launches, events, and company initiatives.
• Assist with inventory, opening and closing duties, and ongoing communication with store teams.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience preferred, with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
• Passion for the brand, customer service, and a selling environment; computer proficiency preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate a register, maneuver throughout the store, lift up to 30 pounds, and climb a ladder as trained.
