Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting listening and assisting customers.
- Deliver memorable in store experiences and demonstrate product knowledge and styling.
- Maintain customer correspondence and use virtual selling to drive outreach.
- Drive full price volume across product pillars and promote product launches.
- Assist with inventory special events projects and opening and closing duties.
- Maintain professional appearance and follow company presentation and grooming standards.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain communication with management and peers.
- Develop strong knowledge of brand history current events and industry trends.
- Network and socialize with target customers to grow relationships.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of prior relevant work experience.
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multi task.
- Self starter proactive mindset and passion for learning.
- Positive energy and genuine desire to work with people.
- Proficient in English other languages a plus.
- Knowledge of industry trends competition and technology.
- Ability to work in a high pressure selling environment.
