Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with product knowledge, styling, and attentive service.
• Build client relationships through correspondence, outreach, and virtual selling.
• Drive sales across product categories and support launches, events, and other store initiatives.
• Maintain product and industry knowledge and uphold appearance and grooming standards.
• Assist with inventory, store projects, and opening and closing duties as needed.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive approach, positive energy, and enthusiasm for working with people and the brand.
• Computer skills preferred; proficiency in English required, with additional languages a plus.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and safely use a ladder.
