Sales Professional

Summary

Deliver an elevated customer shopping experience while building client relationships and meeting personal sales goals. Support store leadership by mentoring sales team members, upholding service standards, and maintaining the brand's visual presentation.

Responsibilities

• Build clientele through relationship development and social engagement, and use product knowledge to strengthen sales.
• Meet and exceed personal sales and sales-per-hour goals while providing value-added customer service.
• Coach and mentor sales team members, communicate training needs, and support management with daily tasks.
• Maintain merchandise and visual presentation standards, including stock maintenance, transfers, folding, and floor changes.
• Complete opening and closing procedures, returns, and exchanges when a manager is unavailable.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and business skills.
• Ability to guide others toward goals using teamwork, motivation, and staff development skills.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas.
• Strong computer skills preferred, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Outlook.
