Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Team Members represent Tiffany & Co. during the holiday season and help create memorable client experiences. They support sales, service, and store operations through client assistance, hospitality, and sales-floor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, providing personalized service and a memorable experience.
• Support hospitality amenities, manage floor waiting lists, and communicate potential service issues to management.
• Assist with engraving, boxing and wrapping, replenishing supplies, and completing point-of-sale functions after purchase decisions.
• Help maintain orderly hospitality areas, point-of-sale stations, and sales floors.
• Support operational procedures, after-sales service, inventory, and special projects.

Requirements

• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience, such as hospitality.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, changing environment with a diverse client base.
• Availability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
