Summary

The Sales Professional focuses on delivering exceptional client service and building lasting client relationships through storytelling and product knowledge. This showroom role centers on presenting timepieces and jewelry with technical detail and hospitality while supporting overall client experience and showroom operations. The role requires flexibility for showroom hours and a passion for the luxury product assortment.

Responsibilities

• Confidently present products to clients using storytelling and technical detail while creating a hospitable atmosphere
• Build, maintain and develop a clientele using the company CRM platform
• Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge for brands and collections in the showroom
• Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage
• Support showroom hospitality guidelines and hand off clients to team members as needed
• Use company systems, hardware and software to complete administrative tasks and client service duties
• Receive and deliver client repairs and perform duties assigned by management

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 1 year retail sales experience
• Excellent storytelling ability and passion for timepieces and/or jewelry
• Strong client service, selling, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work as a team and maintain a professional attitude
• Computer literate (MS Office); schedule flexibility including evenings and weekends; ability to stand for long periods
